Armstrong was born on 5th August, 1930 in Wapakonetahad and completed his Bachelor of Science degree in aeronautical engineering from Purdue University and Master of Science degree in aerospace engineering from University of Southern California. He was the one who holds the honorary doctorates from a number of universities.

Armstrong is the recipient of many special honors, including the Presidential Medal for the Freedom in 1969; the Robert H. Goddard Memorial Trophy in 1970; the Robert J. Collier Trophy in 1969; and the Congressional Space Medal of Honor, 1978.

His experience counts from the year 1949 to 1952, he served as a naval aviator; flew 78 combat missions during the Korean War. For the period of say 1971-1979, Armstrong was professor of aerospace engineering at the University of Cincinnati, where he was involved in both teaching and research. Currently serves as Chairman, AIL Systems, Inc. Deer Park, N.Y.
NASA EXPERIENCE:

Armstrong had joined NACA,(National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics), NASA's predecessor, as a research pilot at the Lewis Laboratory in Cleveland and afterward transferred to the NACA High Speed Flight Station at Edwards AFB, California. He was a project pilot on many pioneering high speed aircraft, including the 4,000 mph X-15 and has flown over 200 different models of aircraft, including jets, rockets, helicopters and gliders.

In the year 1962, Armstrong was transferred to astronaut status. He served as command pilot for the Gemini 8 mission, launched March 16, 1966, and performed the first victorious docking of two vehicles in space.

In the year of 1969, Armstrong was commander of Apollo 11, the first manned lunar landing mission, and gained the distinction of being the first man to land a craft on the Moon and the first man to step on its surface.

Armstrong afterward held the position of Deputy Associate Administrator for Aeronautics, NASA Headquarters Office of Advanced Research and Technology, from 1970 to 1971 and he had resigned from NASA in the year of 1971.

Mukesh Ambani's Billion Dollar House – Ultimate Luxury or Living Hell

According to the plan, the house will raise up to a height of 173.12 meters, which is equivalent to that of a regular 60-storeyed residential building. But, Antilia will have only 27 storeys in all, i.e. each floor will have a ceiling considerably higher than the current average of nearly three meters.

The first six floors will be reserved for car parking alone and that too for cars belonging only to Mukesh’s family. Space left is about for a total of 168 ‘imported’ cars have been earmarked here.

The eighth floor is meant for an entertainment centre comprising a mini-theatre with a seating capacity of 50. The rooftop of this mini-theatre will serve as a garden, and above that, three more balconies with terrace gardens will be independent floors.

Where as the ninth floor will a ‘protection’ floor – meant to be used for rescue in emergencies – two floors above that will be set aside for ‘health’. One of these floor will have facilities for athletics and the other for a swimming pool, while the other will have a health club complete with the latest gym equipment.

There will be a two-storied glass-fronted residence for the Ambani’s family guests above the health floors. One more refuge floor and one floor for mechanical works will be built on top of the apartments.

The top four floors, that will provide a view of the Arabian Sea and a superb view of the city’s skyline, is meant for Mukesh, his wife Neeta, their three children and Mukesh’s mother Kokilaben.

Above the family’s residence the two floors will be set aside as maintenance areas and on top of that will be an “air space floor”, which act as an control room for helicopters landing on the helipad above. According to the plan three helipads should be built on the terrace.

High or low protein which diet is superior? How much protein does a person need? Is animal protein essential in the diet?

Proteins are substances made up of minor chemicals known as amino acids. These amino acids are compounds that have both the positive and negative electrical charge. Amino acids hook mutually in thousands of formations to make all the tissues in the body. All enzymes and many hormones are also considered to be proteins.

Protein-containing foods can be separated into three groups:

• Red meat, rooster, fish, eggs, nuts, seeds, cheese and beans have 20% or more protein whereas wheat germ, brewer’s yeast and spirulina are also high in protein.
• Grains like rice, wheat, oats, millet and barley have 8 to 14% protein.
• Fruits, vegetables, milk, soy milk, and juices have less than 5% protein.

Our body needs about 22 amino acids so have to take about 10 of these essential amino acids. And the rest can be manufactured from the essential ones.
Protein foods that have all the essential amino acids are considered to be complete proteins. In that way meats, poultry, eggs, soy, peanuts, and cheese are complete proteins. Incomplete proteins like grains and beans may be eaten together to have a complete protein.

Egg protein (albumin)
rates the highest in the biological quality. Research proves that too much protein can deplete calcium, leading to osteoporosis. Undigested protein can decay, which releases harmful substances into the body.
